President-elect Donald Trump indicated on social media Thursday that he’s counting down the days until he returns to the White House.

Trump posted a photo on Truth Social of Thursday of himself standing beside a desk, where longtime aide Dan Scavino is shown sitting. The words “Back in 18 days…to be continued” are superimposed on the picture. 

Scavino posted a photograph on Instagram on Wednesday, proclaiming “19 Days!” He also counted down the days on X, where he posted “19 Days” while sharing a Trump post from April 2013, years before Trump became president, in which he declared that there was “NO MERCY TO TERRORISTS you dumb bastards!”
