President Donald Trump was unmoved over reports that the European Union is mulling a plan to ban certain produce grown in the United States, saying, “Let them do it.”

Soybeans grown in the U.S. could be the first affected under the EU’s plan, a document that was leaked and reported on last weekend.

“That’s all right. I don’t mind. Let them do it. Let them do it,” Trump told reporters Sunday, according to The Hill. “They’re just hurting themselves if they do that. I can’t imagine it, but it doesn’t matter,” he added.
