Trump Naming Ross Worthington Head Speechwriter

President-elect Donald Trump is expected to name Ross Worthington as his head speechwriter at the White House, three people with knowledge of the situation told Politico.

Politico reported this could mean Trump’s second term will be heavy on policy. Worthington, along with Vince Haley, the incoming director of the domestic policy council, wrote speeches for Trump on the campaign trail that focused on policy.

The two also wrote scripts for policy videos Trump recorded on his campaign website, Politico reported.
