Trump Appoints Tammy Bruce as State Dept. Spokesperson

Former Fox News contributor Tammy Bruce has been appointed the spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State, President-elect Donald Trump announced Friday, marking another high-profile addition to his incoming administration, The Hill reported.

President-elect Donald Trump revealed Friday that Tammy Bruce, a longtime Fox News contributor, will serve as the U.S. Department of State’s spokesperson. Bruce will report to Senator Marco Rubio, the department’s nominee for Secretary of State.

“It is my great honor to announce that Tammy Bruce will be joining our incredible nominee for United States Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, as Spokesperson for the U.S. Department of State,” Trump wrote on his social media platform, Truth Social.
