Chair of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer, R-Ky., told Newsmax that most Democrats who opposed the Laken Riley Act on Tuesday showed “no shame” when it comes to keeping criminal migrants in the United States.

“I mean, this bill, this just talked about deporting illegal criminals,” Comer told “Finnerty” at the start of the interview.

The Democrats “don’t even want to deport illegal criminals,” he added. “They want everybody to come over here. They fundamentally want to change the demographics of America. And they showed no shame in voting against that bill that I think the average American would be outraged if they knew the extent of the Democrats’ belief system — their ideology as to how much they want an open border and how much they want these people to pour into our country.”
