President-elect Donald Trump has a “very clear agenda” and his proposals will likely start with deregulating energy and stimulating energy production, Dick Morris, one of his advisers, told Newsmax Saturday. 

“Mao Zedong said power comes from the barrel of a gun [but] I think Trump feels power comes from an oil well and I think you’re going to see action on energy at the opening bell,” Morris said on Newsmax’s “Saturday Report.”

Trump is also determined to crack down on illegal immigration, “understanding that is the crime of our times and that much of the crime we’re seeing … is partly attributable to the open border policy,” said Morris.
