Apple’s new artificial intelligence system used to summarize information in notifications has misinformed iPhone users on a number of stories, including one reportedly of Luigi Mangione shooting himself, the British Broadcasting Corporation said in a filed complaint.

According to the Daily Mail, one notification from Apple, citing the BBC as a source, read, “Luigi Mangione shoots himself; Syrian mother hopes Assad pays the price; South Korea police raid Yoon Suk Yeol’s office.”

Upon being made aware of the error, a spokesperson from the BBC contacted Apple “to raise this concern and fix the problem.”
