Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic praised President-elect Donald Trump on Wednesday for the hostage deal reached with Hamas.

“Deepest respect to [Trump] for securing a ceasefire and the release of hostages before his first day in office, alongside [Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu], [Qatari Prime Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani], and [Egyptian President Abdelfattah Elsisi]. Your commitment to peace is commendable,” Vucic posted on X.

According to CNN, Al Thani said the deal “will be published in the next couple of days once the details are finalized.”
