Country rock singer Brantley Gilbert had to pause a concert to help his wife, who went into labor and gave birth to their son on the tour bus.

Gilbert detailed “the craziest night of my life” Saturday in an Instagram video in which he reveals that his wife, Amber Cochran Gilbert, went into labor while he was mid-show at Cadence Bank Arena in Tupelo, Mississippi.

The video shows Gilbert performing on stage but “he gets pulled away for an emergency backstage,” reads the text onscreen. The video then shows Gilbert telling his mother on the phone that she “got a new grandbaby,” who was born Oct. 11 and named Abram Howell Gilbert.
