Vice President Kamala Harris holds a slight edge over former President Donald Trump among all registered voters in a new national survey, although the lead is within the survey’s margin of error.

The poll, conducted by the Pew Research Center, shows Harris with a 1-point lead, 48%-47%, over Trump.

About 5% were leaning toward a third-party candidate.
