Former New York City Mayor Mike Bloomberg urged Democrats to take time in determining their 2024 presidential nominee “to get it right.”

Bloomberg, who ran for mayor as a Republican but sought the 2020 Democrat presidential nomination, took to X on Monday morning and posted his comments regarding President Joe Biden ending his reelection bid.

Bloomberg, however, didn’t join Biden in backing Vice President Kamala Harris to assume the position atop the party’s national ticket.
